  • Pet License

    Cumberland County Ordinance requires a pet privilege license for each dog or cat over four months of age. The cost is $7 for pets that have been spayed/neutered and $25 for pets that are not spayed/neutered. If you are 65 years of age or older, you must register your pet, but there is no fee for the first three animals. To qualify, you must submit a copy of a state-issued ID card. There is no fee to register certified service animals with documentation.
  • Property Taxes

    The Tax Administration department is responsible for accurately mapping, listing, and appraising all taxable property within the jurisdiction of Cumberland County and its nine municipalities fairly and equitably according to the provisions of the North Carolina General Statutes. The Tax Administration department maintains records necessary for the appraisal, assessment, billing, collection and listing of taxes associated with all real, personal, business personal and farm/agri business personal property. The department also serves as the staff liaison to the Board of Equalization and review.
  • Traffic citations

    Traffic citations are handled by the North Carolina Court System, to pay your ticket online, visit their website.
  • Utilities

    Customers may pay their bills online by credit/debit card. Customers must use their Customer Code located on their bill in order to pay online.
