This is a notice of public hearing for: 
P18-01 REZONING OF 1.01+/-ACRES FROM R40 RESIDENTIAL/CU CONDITIONAL USE OVERLAY FOR MOTOR VEHICLE SALES TO R40 RESIDENTIAL OR TO A MORE RESTRICTIVE ZONING DISTRICT; LOCATED ON SOUTH SIDE OF SR 2040 (BEAVER DAM CHURCH ROAD), WEST OF NC HWY 210 SOUTH; SUBMITTED BY WILLIAM JEFFREY SIMPSON ON BEHALF OF SIMPSON FARMS LLC (OWNER). 

The R40 Residential District is .a district designed primarily for single-family dwelling units with a lot area of 40,000 square feet or above. 

The existing conditional use on the property is for motor vehicle sales. 

The Joint Planning Board will consider Case No. P18-01 at its meeting on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at 7:00 pm in the second floor hearing room of the Historic Courthouse at 130 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville. Anyone desiring to speak concerning this matter is requested to sign up before 6:55 p.m. on the night of the meeting. Please note that any documentation to be presented to the Joint Planning Board will be made part of the record and given weight based upon the source of the material.
