About the Engineering Department
The Cumberland County Engineering Department provides services to County departments including planning, design, cost estimations and construction administration for facility renovations and new projects. In addition, Engineering is responsible for procurement of architectural/engineering services, management of capital improvement projects and special assessment water & sewer projects.
