Cooperative Extension Offers Safe Pressure Canning Workshop July 19

Cumberland County Cooperative Extension will offer the Better Living Series workshop “Safe Pressure Canning” July 19 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Agriculture Center, located at 301 E. Mountain Dr., Fayetteville.


Workshop participants will learn the basics of preserving low-acid foods through hands-on techniques. The $10 registration fee is due by July 17. Class size is limited so early registration is encouraged.
