Missing Man Table On Display In Courthouse

FAYETTEVILLECumberland County Government is recognizing fallen, missing and prisoner of war service members with a Missing Man Table on the first floor of the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Cumberland County Courthouse, 117 Dick St. The table is set up beside the information desk and will be on display through Veterans Day.

“Here in Cumberland County, thoughts of service members are never far from our minds. The Missing Man Table on display inside the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Courthouse is a silent, solemn call of attention and expression of honor to the sacrifice and service of our fallen, missing or prisoner of war service members,” said Board of Commissioners Chairman Glenn Adams.

The Missing Man Table will be set up in the Courthouse through Nov. 12. The Missing Man Table is made possible through the 2017 Heroes Homecoming Committee of the Fayetteville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
