Public Meeting To Gather Eastover Land Use Input Nov. 16

Nov 13, 2017

The Cumberland County Planning and Inspections Department will hold a public meeting Nov. 16 at 7 p.m. at Salem United Methodist Church, 2165 Middle Rd., to gather input to update the Eastover Land Use Plan.

Planning staff are seeking ideas, concerns and future visions from community residents to update the plan, which was completed in 2000. All interested parties are invited to attend the public meeting.

In general terms, the Eastover area is defined as the area east of the Fayetteville city limits and Cape Fear River, west of Big Creek and the Eastover Fire District boundary and north to south from the Eastover Fire District line to N.C. Highway 24 and Maxwell Road.
