  • Pet License

    Cumberland County Ordinance requires a pet privilege license for each dog or cat over four months of age. The cost is $7 for pets that have been spayed/neutered and $25 for pets that are not spayed/neutered. If you are 65 years of age or older, you must register your pet, but there is no fee for the first three animals. To qualify, you must submit a copy of a state-issued ID card. There is no fee to register certified service animals with documentation.

    You may register to vote in Cumberland County if you are:

    • A citizen of the United States (if convicted of a felony, citizenship rights must have been restored);
    • A person 18 years of age or older;
    • A legal resident of Cumberland County for 30 days by the date of the next election.
